Message	but also to possibly cover something you might not have checked. Sometimes we're looking for that more complicated solution, and overlook the easy fix. :-) You said the idle is good, so that cuts down on looking for individual cylinder/ bank failures....Dirty MAF would usually affect idle quality, but its easy to clean and rule out. other thing on my mind was possibly that he VTC isn't working. Do you have a diagnostic tool like Nissan Data Scan to check while running? The FSM has some info on it. CTS is worth looking at, too.
